STEP-BY-STEP
Formula 1: 1:1 ½ CHI Bleach & Shine 20 volume CHI Color Generator + 3 pumps of Royal Treatment Bond Rebuilder (for root touchup application)
Formula 2: Mix 1oz of Royal Violet with 1oz 10 volume CHI Color Generator
Formula 3: 1oz Steel Violet + 1oz 10 volume CHI Color Generator
Step 1: Apply Formula 1 to exterior area and root area 1 inch wide.
Step 2: Rinse and shampoo with CHI Royal Treatment Bond & Repair Shampoo.
Step 3: Isolate the top area with placing of foil.
Step 4: Apply formula 2 Steel Violet from mid-shift to end.
Step 5: Blending formula 1 and formula 2 with your fingers. Make sure the is penetrated through the section.
Step 6: Section the head in 4 section and release the hairline.
Step 7: Comb the hair and the natural fall distribution and cut the hair parallel to the comb.
Step 8: Take a guideline from the previous section and cut with comb control.
Step 9: Work from the center of the nape towards the sides parallel to the parting.
Step 10: Turn head to the side to give you a perfect horizontal line before cutting.
